  • Double & Triple Rooms: Featuring private bathrooms – perfect for couples or solo travellers.
  • Family Apartments: Two-room suites that comfortably accommodate families of up to five or close-knit groups of friends.
The Heart of the Home – Shared Living Spaces:
This is where memories are made! The house hides unique spots that encourage relaxation and integration:
  • The Atmospheric Cellars: Built over 110 years ago from hand-hewn stones and brick, these beautifully restored cellars house our dining room and a lounge with a classic wood-burning stove ("koza"). It is the perfect place to unwind on a comfortable sofa with a glass of wine after an adventurous day.
  • The Communal Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and store your favourite meals.
  • The Observation Lounge: Located in the attic, this peaceful nook allows you to watch the local wildlife and birds without ever leaving your seat.
  • The Fireplace Lounge: Situated on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden – the ultimate spot for your morning coffee.
Private SPA & Local Adventures:
Enhance your stay with our tailor-made relaxation and activity options:
  • Deep Relaxation: Treat yourself to a session in our outdoor dry sauna and "unorthodox" wood-fired tubs.
  • Creative Workshops: We can organize group sessions in weaving, painting, or pottery at the nearby Gliniana Zagroda.
  • Active Exploration: Experience horseback riding at Baza Pod Lasem or thrilling kayaking trips down the Łupawa River.

We offer the following accommodation options:
  • 2 double/triple rooms with en-suite bathrooms, located on the ground floor.
  • 1 Northern Apartment located in the attic, featuring two rooms and a bathroom (sleeps up to 5 people).
  • 1 Southern Apartment located in the attic, featuring two rooms and a bathroom (sleeps up to 6 people).
  • Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
At "The House Under the Ash Tree" (The Ash House), the following communal areas are available to all guests:
  • Upper-floor lounge with a garden view.
  • Ground-floor living room with access to a covered terrace.
  • Fully-equipped kitchen featuring 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, an oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware.
  • Dining room for 12–15 people, complete with crockery, cutlery, and tableware.
  • Fireplace room with comfortable lounge furniture.
  • Massage room (professional massage services available at an additional cost).

Guest Guide

The House Under the Ash Tree

Welcome to our home! We want your stay within the borders of the Słowiński National Park to be pure pleasure. We’ve gathered some key info to keep things running smoothly:
 
Rules for a Happy Stay Under the Ash Tree:
 
  1. Check-in & Goodbyes: We happily welcome you from 1:00 PM. On your last day, please vacate your room by 11:00 AM – we need to get the house ready for the next set of adventurers.
  2. Peace and Quiet: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, we turn into owls – nearly silent. Please respect others' sleep so everyone can wake up on the right side of the bed.
  3. Kitchen Nightmares: Our kitchen is a communal zone, not a set for Gordon Ramsay. Please wash your dishes and wipe the counters immediately after your meal. Dirty plates don't multiply on their own, and a clean kitchen makes every hungry guest happy!
  4. Eco-Heroes: Our trash has its own "rooms" (bins). Recycling isn't rocket science – please put paper and glass where they belong. We also encourage you to crush plastic bottles before tossing them. The Planet (and we) will give you a standing ovation!
  5. Smoke only "Al Fresco": Our house is not a fan of cigarettes. Smokers are welcome to mingle in the designated area near the boiler room. Inside, we keep the air as fresh as the forest!
  6. Little Explorers: Kids are volcanoes of energy, but we ask adults to manage the eruptions. Guardians are responsible for safety and any "works of destruction."
  7. Key to the Kingdom: Treat your keys like treasure. Losing them costs 50 PLN – we’d much rather spend that money on a coffee with you than on a locksmith!
  8. Power & Water: When you leave the room, give the lightbulbs and appliances a rest. The Planet (and we) will be truly grateful!
  9. Homebody Furniture: Please don’t force our wardrobes and beds to travel. Furniture feels best exactly where it stands. Towels and blankets also prefer to stay inside the room.
  10. Four-Legged Friends: Your pets are more than welcome, as long as they sleep on their own beds (our linen isn't a fan of fur). Remember: you clean up after your dog; your dog won't clean up after you.
  11. High-Power Gadgets: Phone charger? Sure. But leave space heaters, irons, and immersion heaters in your suitcase – our sockets aren't fans of extreme challenges.
